Step back to the Jurassic period and create your very own fossil replica in this fun, hands-on plaster of Paris workshop.
Did you know the Hamstone, that beautful golden rock of which your favour hill of formed, is stuffed full of fossils, which were once animals, swimming around tropical seas, long before the first Trex ever hatched its egg!?
This summer, it's your chance to learn about, and make & paint a fossil of your own! Event will be held at The Hollow, our outdoor education zone. Meet at the Ham Hill Visitor's centre, 10 minutes before the start of the event. Aimed at children 6 upwards. Friday 7th August, 10:00-12:00. £6.50 per child. Adult supervision essential. Adults attend free.
